* Simple economy allows rushing
* Rushing more expensive (4:1)
* Use Gasplant building for Aerator
* NH3 now accessed via Hothouse, not Aerator
* Aeration feature now removed if Aerator removed (happens at beginning of turn)
* "Flavor" changes to terrain (Basalt now Very Cold, Snow graphics; Sand now Cold, graphics same)
Hopefully included all files I modded. Noticed that Jenks is in a different time zone so it makes sorting by date/time very hard -- stuff he edited 4 hours ago looks like stuff I just did!!
