Fiddled with the Climate Change model; it should now be somewhat more stable. The terrain still changes quite rapidly; you'll be surprised (or maybe not) at how a 1-2% chance cumulates over time. We may have to knock chances down by 1/2 or more(!)

To-do 1: Auto-change of a hothouse into farm. Something seems bugged because I can't even manually build a farm on a tile that's warmed up to "Cool" from "Cold".

To-do 2: Some kind of notification when a tile under your control changes temperature. Like the message you get when forest expands.

Question 1: Should hothouses not be allowed on Very Cold tiles? Would keep the game somewhat interesting... I was building hothouses everywhere.

Question 2: Should Cold tiles give 1 food? Knocking it down to 0 might balance the game somewhat, or make it really frustrating.

Question 3: Is CO2 a "must have" resource? I notice it's not as well distributed as NH3 even though they have the same stats AND CO2 is listed first in the XML (for what it's worth).
