This is (almost) purely a graphical change. I also did the much-delayed deed of cleaning up the Features XML so that FEATURE_LATTICE is now, finally, correct. (This also entailed changes in every XML file referencing FEATURE_JUNGLE, e.g. units, builds, promotions...)
Note: This overrides some changes in 'patch 016b'
